Delivery Information:

hoorehaya.com highly values the urgency of your order. We try to ensure that the products you ordered reach you as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message.

The products you ordered will be shipped to your given address within 3 to 5 working days (at most), Insha’Allah, wherever you are in Bangladesh. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen reasons. The shipping charge is determined based on the quantity and weight of the products.

Order Cancellation:

We begin the shipping process within 24 hours (depending on working days). So, if you want to cancel or change an order, please inform our customer service department within 24 hours and provide all your details.

Precautions When Receiving a Parcel:

When the delivery man brings the parcel to you, inspect it carefully before receiving it, and check whether there is any tearing or damage. If the parcel looks torn, damaged or suspicious, turn on your phone’s video recording and open the parcel in front of the rider. If you find any problem, such as other damage, a missing item, or a damaged product, call the hoorehaya.com Shop helpline while the rider is still present, or return the parcel to the rider.

Parcel Return and Refund:

If you have to open the parcel for any reason after receiving it, you must open it with your phone’s video recording on. If you find any problem while checking the product and want to return it, you must return it within 5 days. You only need to make sure that the product is unused and that its original invoice, condition, tags and packaging are carefully preserved. Then you must contact hoorehaya.com Shop customer care with proper evidence.

In this case, the return costs must be borne by the customer, and the customer must send the parcel to our address via courier.

As soon as the returned parcel reaches us, the refund or exchange process will begin. Please note: discounted or special-offer items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Shipping Charge:

The shipping charge for the parcel must be paid by the customer.

Inside Dhaka district: 70 Taka for a minimum of up to 1 kg.

Outside Dhaka district: 120 Taka for a minimum of up to 1 kg.
